REINVENTING DYNAMIC STRUCTURAL FOUNDATION TESTING

From its inception, Pile Dynamics, Inc. (PDI) has seized the opportunity to transform the traditional foundation testing industry in which tests are performed to assess the condition of piles or shafts. The industry has been slow to improve what have been traditionally costly, complex and time-consuming methods. Their test is much faster, more comprehensive and can be completed at half the cost of other testing methods. As a result, PDI experienced a groundswell of demand for its testing products from engineering design firms around the world.

As PDI continued to add sophisticated technologies and sensors, a more progressive, proactive connectivity solutions provider was needed to support the growing business. Molex offered a connector that fit the bill and worked closely with PDI to develop a bespoke solution that would significantly enhance the quality of the connectors and cable assemblies for its expanding product portfolio over time.
